Stayed one night. Very friendly staff. My husband's pants had a hole in the pocket. I asked if we could num their stapler to tide us over. The gentleman working the front let us use the stapler and gave 2 two sewing kits and said, *Here. Use these later when you have more time to do a proper repair." Clean and spacious rooms. Would stay here again.
Exceptionally clean, smelled fresh (but not chemically), and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. I would definitely recommend. Note: There is a main road nearby so expect some traffic noise. If you get a room in the back, it's quieter.

This hotel has everything that’s important: clean, really comfortable beds, quiet and great location. All staff was great from reservation to check out. Only con was our room’s fan on the ac/heat unit was a bit noisy
Conveniently located off I-40 just outside of Crossville, Tennessee. Rooms are very spacious and accommodations are well-priced. The complimentary hot breakfast has many selections and it was very easy to find something for everyone. Check in was easy and the friendly staff checked in to see if we needed anything additional. Housekeeping did a very good job on our room and took care of our request for extra towels. We are on the first day of a 6 day stay and are pleased with everything so far.
Nice, clean hotel. Room was perfect and bed was comfortable! The air work flawlessly. I think it’s located perfectly if you have plans around the Crossville area. Close to the square and Bucees! My only complaint is I told housekeeping good morning at checkout and was very clearly ignored. Guess she was just having a rough morning.
The staff were excellent. They worked hard to make sure the stay was comfortable. The location right off the highway was perfect for my needs. We had two rooms both had mostly minor concerns. I will say however the handicap room Wes for my elderly mother and there was no transition piece at the bathroom door. There were sharp edges on the tile. She uses a walker and midnight bathroom visits were an issue in her bare feet.
Overall a very nice hotel. It's right off the interstate and a main thoroughfare, so there is a lot of noise, but the rooms are clean, the facilities are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great, I'll definitely stop in again.
